Where can I get a shift knob for my 2000 Ford Focus ZTS that is compatible with the Reverse Lockout function?

I have looked everywhere, and I hate the stock knob that is one the Focus now. Where can I buy one, besides Momo.com because I don't want to pay $90 for a shift knob. I just want one that is better, or however I can get a different one.
